The medicine Ibuprofen Sandoz is used to treat pain and fever. It is indicated in adults (over 15 years) for the short-term treatment of fever and/or pain such as headaches, flu-like illness, dental pain, body aches and painful periods.

Contraindications
- Allergy to the active substance or any of the other ingredients
- Beyond 5 months of pregnancy completed
- History of allergy or asthma triggered by taking this medication
- Gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding
Dosage
The usual dosage is 1 tablet of 400 mg per dose, to be renewed if necessary every 6 to 8 hours, without exceeding 3 tablets of 400 mg per day.
Precautions for use
Discuss your treatment with your doctor or pharmacist before taking Ibuprofen Sandoz, especially if you have heart problems, angina, or have had a heart attack.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
During the first trimester of pregnancy, your doctor may prescribe this medicine to you. After 5 months of pregnancy, you should under no circumstances take this medicine.
This medication passes into breast milk, so it is recommended to avoid it during breastfeeding.
Possible side effects
Like all medicines, Ibuprofen Sandoz can cause side effects, such as allergic reactions, digestive problems, dizziness, dizziness or headache.
