Thymovar Thymol 15g is a veterinary medicine specially designed to combat varroasis, a disease that affects bees (Apis mellifera) caused by Varroa destructor. Thymol platelets work by saturating the air in the hive, thus suffocating the mites that cause varroasis.

Tips for Use

For effective application, follow these steps:

• Remove honey supers before treatment
• Place the plates on the upper trays of the frames according to the size of the hive
• Ensure a space of 5mm between the pads and the frame cover
• Repeat treatment after 3-4 weeks

Precautions

Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Wear impervious gloves and protective equipment when handling. Avoid temperatures above 30°C to avoid stressing the bees.
